Currently serves as the Director of Energy and Sustainability for the Richardson Independent School District. With over 24 years of tenure at Richardson ISD she has an array of experience, some of which include; budget analysis, financial tracking of operating dollars and multi-million dollar bond funds, energy conservation and project management. Ms. Malaniuk has been an active member of the Texas Energy Managers Association (TEMA) for almost 10years. She has received accreditation as an Accredited Energy Manager (AEM) and is a Certified Texas School Business Official (CTSBO). Jennifer Malaniuk has served as the President of the TEMA DFW Chapter and Chair of the Richardson ISD Environmental Stewardship Advisory Committee. Most recently, Jennifer was awarded the Smart Energy Decisions 2023 WISE (Women in Smart Energy) award for Energy Projects. She is passionate about energy conservation as well as financial mindfulness.
